As our Head of Sales you ensure Stocard’s success, owning the entirety of Stocard’s market in Italy. You strive to build strong relationships with marketing executives in retail to bring our sales team and our company forward. Your entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales spirit and drive to tackle challenges in a fast-paced and tech-focused environment is what drives you to push our business forward!

How you'll shape our journey

  • Own, develop and refine the process to successfully close negotiations for marketing and advertising agreements with Stocard’s largest partners
  • Be responsible for developing the strategy and execution for all solutions and verticals
  • Continuously nurture current and prospective client with helpful industry knowledge & exciting news that will help them and us to succeed together
  • Meeting and selling to C- and VP-level executives at brands and retailers
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge on all of our B2B solutions and how they could add value to client businesses
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy by monitoring market data, competitive products and prospect feedback
  • Convey product feature requests from prospects and clients to Product Management team
  • Forecast sales, client launches and revenue on an ongoing and consistent basis

What makes you a great fit

  • Interest in mobile wallets and apps, feeling related to our vision
  • 10+ years experience in a sales role, selling programmatic or digital media campaigns to large retail, CPG, health and beauty, fashion companies is a requirement
  • Solid understanding of the retail industry, digital advertising, drive-to-store marketing, attribution and underlying technology
  • Experience selling at multiple levels - technical, influencers and C-level decisions makers
  • A proven track record of success, as evidenced by meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communicator who is able to build strong relationships both with external and internal collaborators and stakeholders
  • Extensive portfolio of retail and FMCG clients, and media agencies are a big plus
  • Familiar with Salesforce
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
