Account Manager France, Client Mobile Engagement

We are looking for a hugely motivated client-centric Account Manager who is creative and passionate about forming and driving successful client relationships. In this role, you'll guide top-tier retailers and media agencies by preparing, running and evaluating their mobile engagement and loyalty campaigns in Stocard to help them get the most out of our channel. You are not only a strategic partner, but an essential hub between retailers, their media agencies, our client partner as well as tech teams. Your strong entrepreneurial mind and excellent client orientation is what drives you to further help grow our clients’ business as well as ours.

How you'll shape our journey

  • Work closely with our Client Partner team in France and abroad to engage top-tier retailers, FMCG, QSR, Telco and their media agencies with Stocard app
  • Set-up, launch and track campaigns to provide a unique experience to users and clients
  • Based on campaign data, analytics and our experience databases, you prepare campaign report presentations, ROI and recommendations to help our clients succeed
  • Consult and guide clients on mobile technologies, communication and customer loyalty
  • Co-manage multiple accounts and identify opportunities for expanding relationships
  • Deep dive into our product together with our engineers at the intersection of business and tech
  • Keep things organized and relationship fluid between clients, their agencies and Stocard

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong interest in mobile, startups and apps, feeling related to our vision
  • Analytical mind with a sound understanding of statistics and affinity for tech (or ability to learn quickly)
  • High customer orientation with strong interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, agency or FMCG is a strong plus
  • Strong hands-on mentality, not afraid to roll your sleeves and love to get things done and processes improved
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry, loyalty programs, drive-to-store & drive-to-web marketing, digital advertising, targeting, and underlying technology
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English,
  • Strong listening skill, empathy and ability to convince
  • University degree (Bachelor/Master or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Consumer Behaviour or a related field
